As Delaware County's Long-Term Care Facility, Fair Acres is owned and operated by the County of Delaware. We are proud to have served this community for 200 years since we began operations in 1807.

Currently, more than 1,200 team members continue to offer the highest quality long-term care for over 900 residents. These residents range in age from young adult to elderly, and anyone in need of 24-hour nursing care.

Fair Acres Visiting Hours
Although Fair Acres Geriatric Center has no set visiting hours, realize it is “Home” to all of our residents.
If you are going to visit a resident after 8:00pm, please contact their social worker prior to the visit so the appropriate personnel can be notified.
