Social Worker/Social Service Coordinator
Seeking experienced social worker with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field, and has at least two years nursing home experience. Applicant should be familiar with the MDS process, care plans, progress notes and psychosocial assessments; is expected to be a supportive member of the interdisciplinary care team; have excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and organizational skills. Must be able to build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families and other staff. Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to multi-task and complete assessments in a timely manner.
Seeking a Board Certified Chaplain who will be responsible for assessing the Spiritual needs of each resident and providing skilled spiritual support and care, and who possesses sensitivity to a variety of values, beliefs and religious orientations. Applicant must seek excellence in pastoral care, which requires authentic demeanor, compassion and skill in dealing with the spiritual dynamics of illness, loss and death. Some of the additional responsibilities include coordinating a variety of spiritual services and activities throughout the facility; recruiting and training volunteers, who visit residents and assist with spiritual activities; and organize an annual Memorial Service honoring our deceased residents.
Director of Infection Control/Performance Improvement
Applicant must be an RN, BSN, Master's preferred with at least 10 years experience of supervisory and management experience in Long Term Care. Position is responsible for facility wide Performance Improvement Program and overseeing the Infection Control Program. Must be detail oriented with the ability to analyze data and implement corrective actions. Must be customer oriented and knowledgeable in the quality process.

Assistant Development In service Coordinator/Wound Care Program Coordinator
The assistant would help to plan ,implement, and coordinate the staff development department and the wound care program. These activities would be performed according to established routines, practices and procedures. The assistants time would be divided equally between both Staff Development and the Wound Program.
Requirements: Must be an RN BSN preferred at least 2 years experience in Long Term Care is required, certification in wound care, At least 5 years experience in nursing practice, and two years teaching experience preferred. Proficiency with word, excel and power point computer programs
Hours: 7am-3:30pm with flexibility some evening /weekend hours are required
Night time Nursing Supervisor 12:00am to 8:30am
Currently we are looking for a Nursing Supervisor must have a valid Pa RN license and at least three years of LTC staff nurse, and previous supervisory experience preferred.
FT Unit Manager 8am 4:30pm
We are in need of a (Two) Unit Managers. Primarily 8am 4:30pm 24hr accountability for your unit with occasional evening and night shift hours.
Applicant must have a current PA RN license BSN preferred but not required.
Full Time and Part Time RN's/LPN's
