The Admissions Department welcomes the opportunity to assist you with securing the type of care that best meets your needs. We are eager to facilitate and expedite the admission process for you. Our facility accepts Medicaid, Medicare and private pay funds as payment for care provided. Fair Acres also contracts with many insurance providers, including Independence Blue Cross, to provide skilled nursing services to their beneficiaries.
Fair Acres provides long term care for individuals who demonstrate the need for 24-hour care. We offer short term rehabilitation stays for individuals who require skilled nursing therapies, that have a goal of returning to the community. Fair Acres also offers short term respite stays.
Our facility offers 24-hour security and has 5 resident care buildings. We offer resident care units that are equipped with the Wanderguard System to provide added security and safety for those residents who have a need for additional supervision.
